Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected carrier. From April through September, we only ship within California. From October through March, we ship nationwide. Returns/Exchanges:
To help ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers, we do not accept returns. But we want you to be 100% happy with our products. If you receive the wrong item, your package arrives damaged, or you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt at support@mamasaid.shop and we will work together to find a resolution.
